It conducts research of structure and mechanical properties of wide variety of construction materials applied in manufacturing of machines and devices. Special attention has been devoted to metalography corrosion and kinetics as well as mechanisms of phase transition processes in iron, copper and aluminium alloys with examinations of fatigue properties of sintered materials, reinforced composites and biomaterials.
